Front of the Home - Home is sited on the knoll close to the center of the property. There is a paved driveway that circles in front of the house. Current owners did extensive exterior improvements including a new 30 yr architectural shingle roof, with ridge vents, new fascia and gutters with leaf guards, custom shutters, and a complete remodel of the front entry porch. Front and Left Side - The two car garage is oversized with plenty of room for storage or work area. All exterior lights have replaced. New plantings have been put in across the front. The brick walkway was restored and painted. The Living room has a new custom picture window and along with a new custom front door and framework, all the other exterior doors have also been upgraded. The house has a brick veneer exterior that has been painted and all the exterior vinyl has been replaced.
Back of the House and Garage - The drive in front of the garage is concrete and there is a covered entry porch that leads to the kitchen and also a an entry door to the garage. There is a new Anderson storm door installed at the kitchen entry. The sun room is on the back center of the house and it has it's own entry door as well as access from the interior of the home.
Back and Left Side - This view shows the back of the house from another angle. There is an entry to the crawl space located behind the master bedroom and bath.
Formal Living Room - The living room is 16x17 (note that all sizes of the rooms are rounded just to give you an idea). The new picture window looks out over the front of the property and pecan grove. The doorway goes into the foyer. The back corner of the room from where the photos was taken is where the door to the kitchen is located.
Foyer - Here is the entry foyer and an interior view of the new front entry door. There are two closets in the hallway of the foyer, the one shown partially on the right is the current location for the washer and dryer. The closet across from it is for coats, but not shown in the photo.
Family Room - A cozy 15 x 17 family room features a masonry fireplace with a wood burning insert and a built in wood box to it's left. The hallway leads to the full guest bath on the left with the guest bedrooms all facing the front of the house to the right of the hall and at the back left is the master and a linen closet at the end of the hall. The sliding doors open to the sun room.
Family Room and Dining Area - This view of the family room shows the 11 x 11 dining area that you pass through to get to the kitchen. To the left is the hall and closet that houses the laundry.
Family Room - This view from the family room shows the door on the left that goes into the first of three guest bedrooms on the left, the hall and laundry closet at center and to the right is a pantry closet and the dining area. As you can see the home features beautiful wood floors throughout with the exception of the bathrooms that are tile.
Sun Room - The 9 x 18 sun room, located behind the family room, is heated and a view of the woods, mountains and neighboring cattle to the left of the property can be enjoyed.
Kitchen - The 11 x 14 kitchen has plenty of storage space and built in cupboard for pantry use. There is a pocket doorway to the left, not showing that goes to the living room. The kitchen door opens to the covered entry porch with a handy door into the garage just to the left.

Guest Bedroom - This is the first guest bedroom as you enter the hall from the family room, it is 11 x 12. Not shown is the second guest bedroom located at the center front off the hall, it is also 11 x 12 but the closet is located to the left as you enter the room.
Guest bedroom Three - This guest bedroom is located at the far right corner of the house facing front as do all the guest bedrooms. It is approximately 10 x 12, but is irregular in size. The closet is located to the right and not shown.
Shop Building - The shop building has power and a built in fan. There is 1000 SF in the lower portion including the carport. There are stairs to the upper level that offers close to 800 SF of storage.
View - The mountain range can be seen all year round, but is better in the winter. The neighboring cattle pasture to the left of the property and the some of the woods to the back of the house could be cleared for pasture.
Back Yard and Woods - It's hard to see through the woods in this picture, but there is a line of mountains that show through all the way across during the winter. To the right of the photo is the well house. It has had some plumbing and insulation work done on it recently.
Front Driveway and Pecan Grove - There are 38 pecan trees that grow in the front of the property. The driveway is paved and is located on the left side of the property and ending at the house and shop.
