Farmhouse - This farmhouse was built around 1900. Typical of the period, these homes changed a s families grew. The house was heated by an oil furnace and wood stove with AC being provided by window units. There is about 970 SF of living area on the main level and 361 SF of living area on the upper level. The front porch has two separate entry doors as well as the opening for the storage room on the right front corner off the porch. The roof is metal on the entire house, which certainly has helped to preserve it. The house is on public water and a septic. There is a well on the property, but it has not been in use for some time.

Farmhouse - This view of the farmhouse shows the left side as well as the back, left. The white door is to the closed in porch which leads to the kitchen which is in the part of the house that is extending to the back.
Farmhouse - This is the right side of the house with the kitchen being in the back and the center windows at the dining room. There is a living room at the front where the AC unit is shown in the window. The house sits on a crawlspace and the chimney at the back of the kitchen is not in use and was closed off when the kitchen was changed long ago.
Land - The land mostly lays level to rolling and was in pasture that could be brought back by mowing and removing the volunteer trees. There is a distant mountain view that can be seen from the house site. There is a gas pipeline that runs through the property that has been kept mowed by the gas company.
Yard - This is another view taken near the outbuildings.
Behind the House - This building is located behind the house and in the background is the old well house. There are mature old trees on the property, mostly hardwood.
Farm Sheds - The farm sheds are located to the left behind the house, if you look closely you can see the mountains in the distance.
Building - To the right of the house is a CBS block building on a slab with power and water. This handy building has a 20 foot overhang on the back that runs the entire length of the building. It was originally used as a kennel, but served many other purposes over the years. Power and water are tied in with the house. The roof is metal on both the building and the overhang.

Building Inside - This shows the inside of the building to the left entry door. There is a toilet and utility sink. There is also an exhaust fan built and the kennel doors are to the right.
Building - There is a 14 x 15 room on the right side of the building that has a drain in the floor.

Family Room - The family room is on the left front portion of the house and the door goes to the closed in front porch, it is 14 x 15, has a wood floor and fireplace and the wood stove was used to heat. To the right is the hall into the rest of the house. Also not shown is the left front entry door.
Living Room - The living room is on the right front corner of the house, it is 15 x 12 and also has an entry door to the front porch and wood floor. The door in the center is to the hall and full bath with shower as well as the stairway to the upstairs bedrooms. To the right of the closet is the door to the dining room and kitchen.
Kitchen - This view of the kitchen shows the back wall of the house. It is 9 x 13 and not shown is the 9 x 5 Laundry room and 11 x 13 dining room area.
Dining Room - The Dining room is 11 x 13 is just off the kitchen and has a door that goes to the closed in porch. Laundry room is in the back corner.
Bedrooms - This bedroom is located on the right side, upper level and is 10 x 11. At the top of the stairs is a landing and between this room and the other bedroom is a 4.6 x 5 half bath. The other bedroom is located on the left side of the house over the family room and is 13 x 12.
Mobile Home - The mobile home is a 14 x 60, 1985 Flint and personal property with it's own title. It has it's own address as well as it's own water and electrical hook up. This would make a good rental with some interior repairs or use it to liv in while renovating the old house or building a new one. There is a nice deck on the back and it has a metal roof. It has a central heating unit.
Mobile Inside - This shows the living room which is 14 x 13. The hall goes to a center 9 x 7 bedroom that backs up to the living room, a 6 x 7 full bath with a tub/shower and master bedroom at the end which is 10 x 13. Laundry is in the hall by the bathroom and there is a door to the 7 x 13 deck.
Kitchen - The 13 x 13 kitchen is eat in with room for a table and chairs. There are no appliances, however there is a place for a stove and dishwasher as well as a refrigerator. The door shown is to the front entry.
